Is this a true ‘webdesign’ class?

The Internet has become integral to our community in many ways, such as education, communication, banking, food distribution, and government. So why is ‘AOM 58’ the only webdesign class available at Merced Community College or California University at Merced?

i have been able to add an html image tag using the complete path to the image within the text area of full width header..
if you can help me change the background grey color to a nice red, please leave a comment!

i resized the header image to one third of original size for quicker download time…wordpress html displays the smaller image to appear the same as the original image!
